First, what are polynucleotides?

Finally, for treating laxity and sagging skin, we may recommend Ameela Face. By helping you produce new collagen in your skin’s deepest layers, the treatment is able to firm and tighten the face, neck or décolletage. One course of Ameela includes two injections, each spaced two weeks apart. So, you can expect to see the results of that enhanced collagen after just two weeks of beginning your course.
How can I enhance the effects of Ameela?

If Jalupro and Ameela both boost collagen, why do I need them both?
While Jalupro and Ameela both enhance collagen production, the roles they play in this process are very different. Ameela polynucleotides is a treatment that’s largely focused on targeting the fibroblasts. It’s these fibroblasts that produce that plumping collagen to give your skin a more youthful look. Meanwhile, Jalupro is an amino acid replacement therapy, and the amino acids work more like building blocks to support collagen. They’re basically the fuel for the fibroblasts.
So, you’ve got Ameela stimulating the fibroblasts and Jalupro giving them fuel to work harder, resulting in a turbo boost of collagen, as well as hydrating elastin and hyaluronic acid. You can use them both in the same area, or you can mix and match on different parts of your face. For example, your Mallucci expert may recommend Ameela for the eyes only, and Jalupro to treat the rest of the face. What results will Jalupro give me?
Jalupro is what we recommend for anyone who doesn’t want fillers but still hopes to plump their skin. As with Ameela, we offer three types of Jalupro treatment. If eyes are your focus, Jalupro Young Eyes will further soften fine lines and wrinkles, and we can use it to home in on upper and lower lids, as well as crow’s feet and sagging eyebrows.
For lines and wrinkles on the forehead, hands, neck or décolletage, your Mallucci expert may suggest using Jalupro HMW. It eradicates skin depressions, so it can even help to ‘fill out’ scars. But if it’s deep hydration you want, or to treat mild laxity, we often recommend Jalupro Super Hydro. Harnessing high levels of hyaluronic acid, it’s focused on the ligaments to give structural support to your skin.
Would I have Ameela and Jalupro on the same day?
We don’t recommend having Ameela and Jalupro on the same day. Although they’re non-invasive and leave you with minimal downtime, they are potent treatments that need time to ‘settle’. We’ll create a personalised plan for you, spacing your treatments perfectly to achieve optimal results. We may recommend you start with polynucleotides (Ameela), then add the ‘fuel’ (Jalupro) two weeks later, before coming back for your second polynucleotides infusion.
