“This has probably been the most significant year in my working life since I qualified as a doctor.  There are many milestones along the way in one’s career and getting your medical degree is certainly the beginning of a long journey.  The second biggest milestone would probably be attaining my consultant job at the Royal Free and University College Hospitals in 2000 and my journey has continued to grow from there.
