Junior Marketing Manager
Position Overview
Mallucci London is state-of-the-art Cosmetic and Aesthetic Clinic, founded by internationally renowned Plastic and Cosmetic surgeon – Mr Patrick Mallucci.
This multidisciplinary aesthetic clinic based in central London, offering the most advanced and innovative techniques for both surgical and non-surgical treatments, it also offers its very own operating theatre.
We pride ourselves on recruiting the very best who are experts in their fields and able to create and deliver the highest standard of care and experience to our clients.
You will:
- Website optimisation including content, treatment information and landing pages
- Collate content and visuals for social media connected to our brand marketing calendar
- Liaising with our external partners including paid search, organic search, and content creation
- Collate and analyse client data to make marketing decisions
- Design and deploy email campaigns
- Ad hoc marketing projects
- Manage eCommerce catalogue and optimisation of product details
- Confident to support in creating monthly reports and insights
- Support in additional admin tasks when teams need support
- Working closely with our front of house and admin teams to ensure the very best client experience at every consumer touch point
- Able to adapt to change and look for opportunities for continuous growth
You have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of understanding the marketing mix and how it impacts the client journey
- Strong commercial understanding balanced with the importance of maintaining brand equity
- High attention to detail with a data-driven mind set
- Competent in MS Office and an intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility in tasks and approach to work
- Process-orientated approach and can balance time on competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Results orientated mentality
- Self-starter approach who can work independently or with minor supervision in a fast- paced environment

Customer Relationship Coordinator
Position Overview

This multidisciplinary aesthetic clinic based in central London, offering the most advanced and innovative techniques for both surgical and non-surgical treatments, it also offers its very own operating theatre.
We pride ourselves on recruiting the very best who are experts in their fields and able to create and deliver the highest standard of care and experience to our clients.
You will:
- Deal with all patient enquiries in a polite and professional manner, whilst maintaining exceptional standards and representing the brand
- Obtain and maintain accurate patient records – including recalling and following up with clients
- Acquire an excellent understanding of all aesthetic treatments performed at our clinic, to be informative and knowledgeable whilst handling enquires
- Resolve a wide range of enquiries in accordance with established processes, procedures, and policies – with the objective of providing a seamless client experience
- Follow all safety protocols and always maintaining client confidentiality
- Carry out a range of administrative duties that may be needed from time to time
- Work within the clinics guidelines, policies, and ethos
- Contribute to the reputation of Mallucci London and provide exceptional patient care in a professional, friendly, and emphatic way whilst always maintaining dignity and privacy on an individual basis.
- Be well presented at all times and adhere to the Mallucci London uniform and infection control policy
You have:
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills – calm when under pressure and the ability to multitask
- Understand the luxury consumer and the importance of their in-clinic experience
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Have a self-starter approach and can work independently or with minor supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Balance day to day tasks with the overall business objectives set out by management
- Confident in Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Aesthetic experience is preferred but not essential
