Mallucci London welcomes our very own Minor Operations theatre, here we are able to provide our patients with an efficient service for local anaesthetic procedures in the luxury and comfort of our private clinic.

You may be able to have your minor operations consultation and treatment all at the same appointment if you wish, giving you flexibility if you have a specific timeframe. Mr Mallucci will assess your needs and give you all the information you need for your procedure.

We also accept GP referrals at Mallucci London.

Mole removal

Moles or Melanocytes are brown lesions on the skin which can be rough, smooth, raised or flat, they can be found anywhere on the body, head or face. A removal may be advised if it looks suspicious or has changed dramatically in size, shape or colour. It could also be removed for aesthetic reasons and can make a great difference to confidence and self-esteem.

Lipoma removal

Lipomas are fatty lumps which grow under the skin, they are usually small but can increase in size over time. They are usually found on the neck, shoulders, chest, arms or legs and can look unsightly, they can also be awkward to live with if chosen not to remove.

Cyst removal

Cysts are sacs of fluid, they are harmless and usually small in size, they are very common and can occur anywhere on the body. They can usually easily be removed and do so often when they are situated in a place that is touched frequently therefore irritated.

Sebaceous Cysts removal

Epidermoid or Pilar cyst are very common and are often found on the face, neck, scalp, genitalia and torso, they are harmless but can cause pressure and pain. They develop slowly over time and vary in size.

Skin Tag removal

Skin tags are usually small and are most commonly found on the face, eyes, armpits, groin area and under the breasts. They can sometimes be large and unsightly, although they are painless they can cause irritation by catching on jewellery and clothes.

Lumps, bumps and lesion removal

There are sometimes other lumps and bumps which don’t always fall under one of these categories, the surgeons will be able to consult you and give you advice on what treatment is best for you.
